Teeth Whitening Strips
Whitening strips are simply a sticky tape that you place over your teeth, and are usually worn for half an hour each time, two times a day.
You can purchase strips through your dentist or over-the-counter. The ones sold by your dentist have a stronger concentration of peroxide.

Teeth Whitening Toothpaste
Whitening toothpaste works by using mild abrasives to scrub your teeth clean. They may also contain a polishing agent to help with the cleaning.
Whitening toothpastes do not contain any bleaching agent however, instead aiming to whiten teeth through cleanliness. Therefore it is probably the least effective method of quickly whitening teeth.

Gel kits are very much similar to in-office dental whitening, except that you are able to perform it in the comfort of your own home.
Whitening gels use a peroxide concentrate applied to the teeth with thin mouth trays. It is important for trays to be well-fitted to keep in the bleaching gel and to ensure even and complete tooth exposure.
